Rates for Sea Heart House 2026

15 December 2025 – 14 January 2026 $1000 per night.

15 January 2026 – 31 January 2026 $800 per night.

1st February 2026 – 30 April 2026 $600 per night.

1st May 2026 – 30 June 2026 $450 per night.

1st July 2026 – 31st August 2026 $600 per night

1st September 2026 – 14 December 2026 $500 per night.

15 December 2026 – 14 January 2027 $1000 per night.

Visa

For Sri Lanka, all visitors must have a valid visa for entry into the country. For tourist visits, this can be obtained on arrival at the airport or online prior to
travel.

All rates are in US Dollars per night for the entire villa. (Sleeps 8 only)

Rates are for the house rental only. They do not include food.

Our creative, excellent chef will discuss with you the things you would like, you then simply pay for the ingredients and receive the receipts. Tips are at your discretion.

Minimum 2 nights.  (7 nights during Christmas /Easter)
